RICHIE “Rich” Longomba is the older brother of the Africa-famous duo of Lovy and Christian Longomba of the formerly Kenya-based “The Longombas” group. Richie like his more famous brothers is a singer and songwriter in his own right and is also an incredible choreographer.

He first started in music as a choreographer whose dance move creations can be seen in all of The Longombas stage routines. Richie has been the choreographer of his younger brothers ever since they were young.

His choreography skills has earned him work with some of Kenya’s top Artistes including: his brothers, The Longombas, unsurpassed Kenyan vocal sensation Mercy Mira, top Kenyan Rap group, The Historians, and the Kenyan touring artistes Rhumba Japan to name a few.

Richie is the latest act signed to AMR and is in the process of completing his album which is being recorded as a collaborative effort between his brother Lovy’s production company, Badman Productions and Benji Bendrix’s studio, Bendrix Studio in Los Angeles, California.

His first single “Gimme love” off of the new album is hot, hot, hot and is currently enjoying rave reviews from listeners on myspace.
