Afro-Merica Records (AMR) is a small size Mom ‘n’ Pop Indie label dedicated to the recruitment, development and management of young up-and-coming Artistes in the genres of Pop, Rock and World Music.
AMR Definitions:
Artist - A practitioner of Fine Arts esp. Painter, sculptor, drawer, sketcher etc.
Artiste - A public performer who shows great skills eg. Musician, Rapper, Instrumentalist etc.
Our recruitment process is very thorough. We weed out the wanna-be Artistes and flash-in-the pan Artistes who are in it for the glamour and remain with a roster of serious, dedicated and true Artistes who are dedicated to the Art of making Music.
